Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cold Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating compelling offers and developing high-converting cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for optimizing sequences for Deliverability, Offer Strength, Responses, and Booking Meetings using the latest software and AI-driven outreach tools. Your role is crucial in engaging and converting technology decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Technology to adopt Solana Technology’s offshore talent acquisition services.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting technology decision-makers.

Craft offers and messaging strategies that resonate with CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Technology, and other relevant executives.

Optimize outreach sequences for improved deliverability, engagement, and response rates.

Use the latest AI and outreach tools to enhance campaign performance, including tools like ReachInbox.ai, Upgrade to see actual info, Lemlist, or similar platforms.

A/B test different campaign strategies, offers, and copy to continually improve conversion rates.

Build effective follow-up sequences to maintain engagement with leads and push them toward conversion.

Monitor outreach performance metrics, including open rates, reply rates, and conversions, and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold outreach, specifically within the B2B technology space.
Strong ability to write compelling email sequences that drive engagement and conversion.
Familiarity with outreach tools such as Lemlist, Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info, and others.
Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability and LinkedIn outreach.
Ability to analyze outreach data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills tailored to engaging C-level executives (CIO, CTO, VP Technology, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the technology or recruitment industry.
Familiarity with offshore staffing or talent acquisition services.
Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign performance.
Demonstrated success in driving high response rates and conversions from technology decision-makers.
