Cold Email Strategist & Copywriter (Offer + Personalization Focus)

We’re a small, founder-led company that recently launched—but we’re already running active campaigns for paying clients. We’ve got strong infrastructure in place and are now looking for a strategic partner to lead the front-end of our outbound: messaging, offer development, personalization, and optimization.

You won’t just be handed tasks—you’ll be expected to drive the strategy, take ownership of performance, and treat this like a client you’re proud to lead. We’re looking for someone invested in doing great work, not just clocking hours.

What You’ll Own:
Strategic Direction: Lead messaging, offer positioning, and ICP alignment across campaigns.

Copy Strategy & Execution: Write and refine cold email sequences that resonate and convert.

Offer Creation & Testing: Translate client goals into clear, compelling offers and messaging angles.

Clay-Based Personalization: Use Clay to scale smart, human personalization.

Campaign Optimization: Track results, test new angles, and iterate based on real feedback.

Client Strategy Alignment: Help align outbound campaigns with client goals and guide decisions with confidence.

Who You Are:
A strategic thinker who takes ownership and initiative without needing to be spoon-fed

Experienced in writing cold outbound that gets replies (not just opens)

Very Familiar and confident with tools like Clay, Instantly, Apollo, and more.

Comfortable leading the messaging side of a campaign from start to finish

Bonus: Background in SaaS, B2B services, or high-ticket offers

Compensation:
Contract-based with flexibility depending on your experience and deliverables. Open to project rates or monthly retainers for the right fit.
