We are seeking a detail-oriented Cold Email Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, scrubbing contact lists, and executing cold email campaigns using Sales Handy, Instantly, and Pipl. Your primary focus will be ensuring the accuracy of prospect lists, optimizing campaign performance, and making necessary adjustments for better engagement.

What You'll Do

- Use software tools to pull and compile a list of potential clients.
- Scrub and verify email lists using appropriate tools to ensure high deliverability.
- Upload and manage email sequences in Sales Handy while making slight modifications as needed.
- Monitor email campaign performance and optimize as necessary to improve response rates.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to email deliverability, open rates, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for cold email outreach.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with tools like SALES HANDY, INSTANTLY, and PIPL (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify and clean lead lists effectively.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in B2B lead generation or sales development (preferred).
