Cold Email Specialist

We’re excited to find a full-time Cold Email Specialist to join our team here at FATJOE!

We're looking for someone to manage our cold outreach campaigns. Someone who could help with the campaigns sending around 40,000 emails per month.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Domain Setup: Manage domain and hosting configurations to optimise email deliverability and performance. This includes registering domains and warming them up.
- Proficient at Instantly, Pitchbox or similar email outreach software.
- Experience with email authentication methods such as DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
- IMAP/SMTP Configuration: Proficiently handle IMAP/SMTP configurations for seamless email communication.
- Email Management: Oversee the creation and management of outreach emails, ensuring deliverability and effectiveness. This includes sending emails and forwarding positive responses.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate insightful reports on email campaign performance
- AI & Automation Integration with Cold Email: Leverage AI tools to enhance the effectiveness of cold email campaigns and optimize targeting.
- Conversion: Help with the email templates and convert cold emails into deals.
- English Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English skills
- Email Etiquette: Uphold impeccable email etiquette in all communications, reflecting the company's commitment to professionalism

Skills & Requirements:
- Has proven experience managing large-scale cold email outreach campaigns.
- Is proficient in domain setup, email authentication (DMARC, DKIM, SPF), and IMAP/SMTP configurations.
- Is experienced in email outreach tools like Instantly, Pitchbox, or similar platforms.
- Has strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize email campaigns for performance.
- Understand AI & automation to enhance cold email outreach effectiveness.
- Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong email etiquette.
