Cold Email Specialist

Here are some of the things you could be familiar with. Not all are necessary but here is a good sample. Looking for someone who would be dedicated and loyal. We are a small team and treat our people well and always pay on time. We also have very good guidance from industry leaders and access to paid help teams for many of these tool and procedures.
We are looking for someone who can grow with our team and can expect higher pay as we continue and develop our business. If you have been involved with cold emailing you will be familiar with some of this information below. There are a lot of people who have also done lead generation in real estate that would be knowledgeable.


Email Infrastructure Tools: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, DNS settings, SMTP servers, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Postmark, SendGrid
Writing relevant and personalized emails using AI.

Email Automation Platforms: Instantly and Smartlead. Currently using Instantly.
Lead Generation/Research: Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, Lusha, RocketReach, Chrome extensions, web scrapers such as Leads sniper and other data mining tools

Email Verification: NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, EmailListVerify, Bouncer, MillionVerifier, Clearout, Emailable. We currently mostly use Millionverifier.
Warm-up Tools: Warmbox.ai, Mailwarm, Lemwarm, InboxWarm, QuickMail Auto-Warmer, GMass Warm-up.
CRM Systems: We are mostly using GHL (Gohighlevel) but could use others. Also use Instantly CRM before transferring.
Analytics & Tracking: Want someone good at using various tools we will provide. Your own experience will be helpful.
Technical Skills: HTML/CSS, API integration, JavaScript basics, domain management, email authentication, bounce handling, spam prevention, A/B testing, data analysis.
