Cold Email Specialist

We need someone experienced with COLD EMAIL Automation Tools instantly.ai, smartlead.ai, lemlist, apollo, linkedin automation.

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a knack for persuasive communication? We are seeking a talented Outbound Cold Email Specialist to join our team and help expand our client base. This is a remote, full-time position during 9-5pm EST US time, offering an exciting opportunity for growth alongside a dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound cold email campaigns to potential clients
- Manage email lists and segment contacts to optimize campaign performance
- Craft personalized email content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Utilize tools such as instantly.ai, smartlead.ai, lemlist, apollo, linkedin automation tools to track campaign metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to identify the most effective strategies
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and feedback from email campaigns
- Assist with other digital marketing initiatives and campaigns as required

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in outbound email marketing or sales
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt and optimize campaigns quickly
- Energetic and motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer setup and fast internet connection
- Proficient in instantly.ai, smartlead.ai, lemlist, apollo, linkedin automation tools and other email marketing tools
Experience in digital marketing and CRM platforms is a plus
