Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cold Email Inbox Manager to handle and manage our email communication efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in responding promptly to incoming emails, managing lead generation efforts, and ensuring optimal client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Management: Monitor the inbox consistently during working hours and respond to emails within 5 minutes of receipt.
• Lead Qualification: Assess incoming inquiries to identify and categorize potential leads effectively.
• Follow-Up Communication: Draft, send, and manage follow-up responses as needed.
• Cold Email Handling: Leverage your experience in cold email strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies and provide feedback.
• Report Generation: Maintain records of email interactions and report on response times and lead outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation and email management; prior experience with cold emailing is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Familiarity with email automation tools like smartlead, slack and more are a great advantage.
• Technical: Access to a reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote working tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
• Availability: Must be available to work 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM US Time Zone with real-time responsiveness.
