6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and appointments.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and lead generation to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
8. Leverage Go Highlevel platform to manage workflow and ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record of success in creating and executing cold email campaigns, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Expertise in using Instantly.ai platform to automate email outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
- Experience with lead generation and appointment setting, particularly in a B2B context.
