Cold Calling for information for my Email Marketing

I am looking for someone to cold call 100 + CBD stores in the United states a day. One state at a time. This job requires someone who can speak english very well and is great at communication. The goal is to call the companies and retrieve their information and get their email so you can send them a personalized email. I have all the templates and attachments for the email.
