We are looking for a skilled Appointment Setter and Advanced Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. If you’re enthusiastic about sales, building relationships, and helping small businesses thrive, we want to hear from you!
We offer a 2-week paid trial period to ensure we are a great fit for each other. During this time, you’ll have the chance to demonstrate your skills and learn more about our team. If successful, you’ll transition into a long-term role with us.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Outreach: Cold call home service businesses to introduce Connectra’s AI solutions.
• Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations with decision-makers and ensure accurate calendar management.
• Relationship Building: Create meaningful connections with prospects and effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Lead Management: Track outreach efforts, update CRM systems, and follow up on qualified leads.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and meet performance goals.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 2 years in cold calling, appointment setting, or related sales roles, preferably in the service-based business niche.
• Exceptional Communicator: Clear, professional, and persuasive verbal and written skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, VoIP systems, and calendar management software.
• Results-Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.
• Availability: Comfortable working during US business hours (Central Time Zone).
