Cold Calling Specialists

Position Details
We currently have two positions available for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a structured and results-driven environment.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $1.50 per hour
Performance Bonus: $2 per successful transfer
Work Schedule:

Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Hours: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Initial commitment: 18 hours per week (trial period to assess suitability for the role)
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

Excellent English Skills: Fluency and clarity in speaking are essential. Please do not apply if your English is not strong.
Professional Voice: A clear, confident, and engaging tone is required for effective communication.
Reliable Equipment: You must have a functioning computer, stable high-speed internet, and a quality headset/microphone.
Quiet Workspace: A distraction-free environment is crucial for maintaining professionalism during calls.
Immediate Availability: We are looking for candidates who can start right away.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Engage in meaningful conversations to identify and qualify leads.
Successfully transfer interested prospects to our specialists.
Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.
