We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to represent Awako.ai and play a vital role in generating leads and driving sales opportunities. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, connecting with potential clients, building relationships, and laying the groundwork for successful sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls,
Qualification: Qualify inbound leads by understanding their needs and assessing how Awako.ai’s solutions can address their challenges.
Engagement: Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects for our sales team.
CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and progress in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and improve overall sales performance.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead-generation and outreach targets.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role, such as SDR, telemarketer, or outbound sales representative.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence in cold calling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS solutions or the logistics and fleet management industry is a plus.
Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, excellent time-management skills, and a positive attitude.
