We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Cold Calling Sales Specialist to help us grow our customer base and bring our solution to restaurants nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective restaurant clients, introducing them to Catapult’s ordering solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and tailor the pitch based on each restaurant’s pain points.
- Qualify leads, schedule follow-up meetings, and update CRM systems with detailed call notes.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales within a call center environment.
- Preferred: Experience selling into restaurants or the food service industry.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
