Aesthetic Acquisition is a fast-growing marketing and appointment booking agency that helps med spas and aesthetic clinics fill their calendars with pre-deposited, high-quality appointments every month.

The Role
As a Cold Caller, you’ll be reaching out to Med Spas across the United States with one clear goal: book them in for a demo call with our sales team. Your provided a very high quality script & are pitching an irresistible offer:

- $20,000-$50,000 in upfront revenue in the next 90 days, or you dont pay!
- 20-30 new prepaid clients every month, or you dont pay!

You’ll follow our proven script, bypass gatekeepers using our ninja tactics, and pitch the decision-maker directly. You’ll manage your calls, follow-ups, and pipeline inside GoHighLevel, ensuring every lead is tracked, followed up, and moved forward.

Your Responsibilities
- Call aesthetic clinics and med spas from provided lead lists
- Spark interest and qualify prospects
- Book demo calls directly into our sales calendar
- Follow structured script & objection handling process
- Update CRM (GoHighLevel) with notes and outcomes
- Follow up with interested but not-yet-booked leads

Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Fluent English (B2+ or higher, spoken & written)
- Confident, clear, and persuasive on the phone
- Fast learner who can follow a script and think on their feet
- Reliable internet (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
- Noise-canceling headset and quiet working environment
- Dual monitors for multitasking
- Backup power/internet preferred

Schedule & Pay
Shifts based on United States time zones (Fixed weekly schedule).
4-hour + 4-hour shift per day (Fixed schedule).
$6 AUD per hour + $10 AUD per booked Demo Call

OTE: 50,000 php per month
