Job Title: Cold Calling Representative
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Remote
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Cold Calling Representative is responsible for reaching out to potential clients or customers who have had no prior contact with the company, with the goal of generating new leads and sales. This role involves making outbound calls to promote products or services, gather information, and set appointments or close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to a defined list of prospects or leads.
• Introduce the company’s products or services, clearly communicate value propositions, and qualify leads.
• Handle objections and rejections in a professional manner to maintain engagement and rapport.
• Record details of each call and maintain a log of potential customers using a CRM system.
• Follow up with leads who express interest or require additional information.
• Meet or exceed call quotas and lead generation targets set by the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads or schedule sales meetings.
• Continuously improve the sales pitch by taking feedback from supervisors and tracking performance.
