We are looking for a highly experienced Cold Calling Manager who can take full ownership of building, structuring, and managing our outbound cold-calling operations. This is a leadership role, and the person hired must have deep expertise in high-volume cold calling, sales strategy, and call center technology.

Responsibilities
*Develop and implement a high-performing cold-calling system from the ground up.
*Research and select the best cold-calling platform to maximize efficiency and performance.
*Hire, train, and manage a team of cold callers as the department grows.
*Oversee high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage and convert leads.
*Optimize scripts, call flows, and objection-handling strategies to increase success rates.
*Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
*Maintain a structured and scalable cold-calling operation that aligns with company goals.

Qualifications
*Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume cold calling (B2B or B2C).
*Proven track record of leading a successful cold-calling team.
*Extensive knowledge of cold-calling platforms, dialers, and CRM integrations.
*Strong ability to train and manage a team of sales agents.
*Exceptional objection-handling and persuasion skills.
*Self-motivated, independent, and highly driven to deliver measurable results.
*Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
*Ability to work under pressure, meet quotas, and refine processes for growth.
