Cold Caller – Appointment Setter Position

Remote | Full-Time | Urgent Start

We are looking for skilled cold callers to help generate qualified appointments for our employee training and consulting firm. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-volume outreach who can confidently engage with business owners and book sales calls.

We are successfully working in Asia and you will be a big part of our new expansion into North American markets.

What We Offer

Industry: Employee training and consulting for business owners.
Target Clients: Manufacturing companies, restaurant owners, and other small business owners.
Compensation:
First Two Weeks: $3 per hour ($120 per week).
After Two Weeks: Commission-only, earning 10% commission on our $3,000 course product.
Earnings Potential: High performers can generate substantial commissions based on closed sales from booked calls.
Leads: Direct calls and SMS outreach using GoHighLevel, primarily contacting business owners on their mobile numbers.
Your Role

Market Research: Gather detailed information about industry pain points and desires.
Appointment Setting: Reach out to business owners, introduce our consulting services, and schedule qualified sales calls.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Make direct calls and send SMS messages as part of a structured outreach sequence.
Consistent Follow-Ups: Engage with leads, handle objections, and ensure appointments are confirmed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversion rates from booked calls.
Progression Opportunities

Bonuses & Incentives: Callers who consistently book high-quality appointments can receive additional bonuses.
Senior Setter Role: High performers may move into a senior appointment setter role with a higher commission percentage.
Closer Role: Those who excel in appointment setting can transition into a sales closer position, earning commission from direct sales.
Who We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience.
Language: Fluent-level spoken and written English, ideally with an American or British accent.
Communication Skills: Confident, professional, and able to handle objections effectively.
Self-Motivated: Comfortable working in a commission-based environment after the initial two-week base pay period.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
Time Zone: Open to candidates from any location, but must be available for structured 8-hour shifts in US time zones.
