Cold Calling Agent for IT Services

We are seeking a talented and motivated Calling Agent to join our sales team. As a Calling Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential prospects, initiating meaningful conversations, and promoting our products/services to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists or databases.
Engage prospects in courteous and persuasive conversations to introduce our products/services.
Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information to generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
Stay informed about product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and articulate phone manner.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
