Requirements:
- English fluency is a must
- Cold calling experience helps but isn’t mandatory—we’ll train you if you’ve got the fire
- Must be reliable, consistent, and able to take direction
- You must be coachable and hungry

Growth Path:

Hit KPIs consistently and you’ll lead your own mini-team in 60–90 days.
