Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers efficiently.
- Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their needs and providing relevant information.
- Handle objections with confidence and provide compelling responses to overcome resistance.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and ensure a smooth transition for further sales processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through feedback and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales closing roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Quick thinking and adaptability to handle various situations and conversations on the fly.
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to turn rejections into opportunities.
- Extensive knowledge of the product and competitors to effectively address inquiries and comparisons.
- Proficient in note-taking to capture key information and follow-up actions accurately.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, information, and follow-ups efficiently.
- High emotional intelligence to relate to prospects and build trust.
- Persistent and resilient with a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
- Ability to deliver value consistently and ensure that prospects see the benefits of our offerings.
- Excellent questioning techniques to uncover prospects’ needs and tailor conversations accordingly.
- Experience with CRM software (GHL) and other sales tools to streamline the sales process.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
