Position Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed. You’ll be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, engaging with potential clients, and setting up meaningful conversations between contractors and our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

Reach Out: Make cold calls to contractors and other local service businesses to introduce Local Leadr’s services.

Share Our Vision: Clearly communicate how our customized websites can help contractors enhance their online presence and grow their businesses.

Qualify Leads: Ask the right questions to identify whether a potential client could benefit from our services.

Schedule Appointments: Set up meetings for our sales team with interested and qualified prospects.

Keep Things Organized: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups using our CRM software.

Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to fine-tune strategies and hit team targets.

Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen your conversations with potential clients.

Sales Savvy: You’ve got experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or service-oriented environment.

Communication Pro: You’re great at building rapport, explaining concepts, and making people feel heard.

Persuasive Personality: You know how to navigate objections and turn interest into action.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
