We are looking for a motivated and professional Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. If you have a passion for communication and sales, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services/products
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointment details
Follow up with prospects and provide necessary information as needed
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets
Handle customer inquiries and address concerns professionally
Ensure a positive experience for potential clients throughout the process
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools (e.g., phone systems,
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
Must have a quiet home office environment with reliable internet and phone connection
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable
Working Hours:
Full-time, flexible hours (with some availability required during standard business hours)
