Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on engaging with potential clients and has a knack for opening doors. Your primary mission will be to reach out to dental practices, shining a light on our unique services that set us apart in the market. You will not only be scheduling appointments but also managing calendars and securing cancellation deposits to ensure client attendance. As the voice of our brand during these critical first impressions, your ability to make every call count will be paramount.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation
Build and maintain a list of potential dental practice leads.

Cold Calling
Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services.

Appointment Scheduling
Efficiently schedule appointments, ensuring the alignment of availability and priorities.

Calendar Management
Keep the team's calendars updated with scheduled appointments, follow-ups, and cancellations.

Deposit Securing:
Handle the logistics of securing cancellation deposits to enhance client commitment and attendance.

Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in cold calling or customer service is highly desirable. Previous experience in marketing or healthcare are preferred.
Exceptional conversational skills and the ability to persuade are essential. You should be comfortable and confident in initiating conversations and navigating through objections to secure appointments.
Has a strong command of the English language, preferably with a UK or US accent. This ensures our message is delivered clearly and resonates with our target clients.
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Timezone: EST

Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week

Rate: $450 AUD per month, plus a $30 AUD incentive for complete attendance
