Cold Caller for Self Storage

Looking for someone who is comfortable and has experience making outbound phone calls. No heavy sales experience required, only looking for someone personable who can have phone calls with potential real estate sellers and ask engaging questions with the goal of transferring those calls to me to do the sales component. These calls will be focused on owners of Self Storage Facilities in the U.S. you will be calling them to see of they are open to offers to sell their property.

1. How comfortable are you with making cold outbound calls?
2. Do you have any experience with real estate outbound calls?
