Job Summary:
Apex Capital Group is looking for skilled cold callers with experience in reaching out to property owners in the United States. This full-time position and a long-term opportunity to join our dynamic team for the right fit.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
1. Experience: 3-5 years of proven success as a Cold Caller within the real estate industry.
2. Language Skills: Fluency in both spoken and written English.
3. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Smrt Dialer and Podio CRM for managing leads and outreach.
4. Tech Requirements: Must have reliable equipment including a webcam, noise-cancelling headset, computer/laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and a minimum i5 or equivalent processor and good internet connection.
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients, homeowners, or property sellers to introduce real estate services and identify opportunities.
* Identify motivated sellers and assess their interest in selling properties.
* Engage with prospects to gather essential information such as property details, motivations for selling, and timelines.
* Determine lead qualification based on set criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales or acquisition team.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions using Podio CRM.
* Meet or exceed set performance targets, including call volume and lead conversion goals.
