About the Role:
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to support his business operations. The ideal candidate will excel in cold calling, lead conversion, and administrative tasks, helping drive the business’s growth. This full-time position is perfect for someone with a neutral accent, excellent English comprehension, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
Engage with pre-screened property owner leads via phone.
Present the business services and convert leads into scheduled appointments.
Follow up with leads as necessary to maintain engagement.
Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day business tasks to streamline operations.
Manage appointment scheduling and ensure calendar accuracy.
Maintain records and update lead management systems.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with a neutral accent and excellent comprehension.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales support preferred.
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficient in using online tools for scheduling, communication, and lead tracking.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software as needed.
