As a Cold Caller (Sales Development Representative), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by initiating contact with potential customers. Your role involves reaching out to prospects, introducing our products or services, and qualifying leads to pass on to the sales team. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base, creating strong relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce the company's products or services.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team to further engage prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and lead status in CRM systems.
Follow up on initial contacts and maintain regular communication with leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies and improve processes.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Handle rejection and objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and quickly establish credibility.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Organizational skills to keep track of multiple leads and follow-ups.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Previous experience in a sales or cold-calling role is preferred but not required.
Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience with cold calling and prospecting is a plus.
Ability to work remotely or in-office, depending on the company’s needs.
