Cold Caller – Real Estate Wholesaling

Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing Real Estate Wholesaling company that specializes in sourcing, negotiating, and selling properties to investors. We're looking to expand our team and bring in motivated, results-driven Cold Callers to help us find and connect with property owners. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, generating leads, and driving the success of our real estate business.

Role & Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to property owners (via phone) to gauge interest in selling their property.
Lead Generation: Qualify leads by asking the right questions and gathering relevant information to determine if the property fits our investment criteria.
Build Rapport: Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, building trust and understanding their needs.
Script Adherence: Use a provided script but also adapt your approach based on the conversation, ensuring professionalism and empathy.
Update CRM: Accurately input and update lead information into our CRM system for follow-up by the sales team.
Sales Target: Meet or exceed call and lead-generation goals, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects.

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English Speaker: Strong verbal communication skills, with a neutral accent preferred.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required. We provide full training!
Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Self-starter who is driven to meet targets and exceed expectations.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately capture and record information.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools.
Positive Attitude: Must be friendly, patient, and persistent. Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
