Cold Caller - Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential homeowners, realtors, or wholesalers interested in selling their properties.

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Remote

Working Hours:
- 36 hours per week, 6 days a week
- Monday to Saturday, or Tuesday to Sunday
- Calls will be made in shifts from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST, or 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential homeowners, realtors, or wholesalers within the designated hours.
- Engage with homeowners in a professional and persuasive manner.

Lead Qualification:
- Determine the homeowner's interest in selling their property.
- Gather essential information to assess the viability of the lead.

Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call and interaction.
- Submit completed leads promptly to the designated team.

Communication:
- Effectively communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to provide updates on progress.
- Report any challenges or concerns promptly to the team lead.

Adherence to Schedule:
- Strictly adhere to the specified calling hours and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish a connection with homeowners.

Persistence:
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuing leads.

Time Management:
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Adaptability:
- Flexible to adjust to changes in scripts, strategies, or market conditions.

Tech-Savvy:
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other communication platforms.

Requirements:

Experience:
- Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Equipment:
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.

Work Environment:
- A quiet and dedicated workspace conducive to making calls.

Compensation:
$3-4/hr depending on experience
