As a Real Estate Cold Caller at Freedom Home Offers, you will play a crucial role in our mission to identify and acquire properties for our real estate investment portfolio. Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling:
- Reach out to potential property sellers through cold calls.
- Engage with homeowners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build rapport and gather essential information about their properties.

2. Lead Qualification:
- Assess the suitability of potential properties for our investment portfolio.
- Determine the motivation and willingness of property sellers to proceed with a sale.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, with a preference for candidates with prior real estate experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve call quotas and targets.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
