Position Available: Real Estate Investment Cold Caller
Role Summary
We are actively seeking a driven Real Estate Investment Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This crucial position involves reaching out to property owners to discuss potential selling opportunities, assessing the viability of leads for our investment initiatives, and ensuring accurate handling of these leads within our CRM system, Podio. Candidates ideal for this role should possess a thorough understanding of the real estate investment landscape, outstanding telephone communication skills, and the ability to quickly establish rapport with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound calling campaigns to homeowners to scout for potential sales leads.
- Efficiently qualify leads, capturing key data for our CRM (Podio).
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of investment strategies in the real estate sector.
- Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, especially in the face of rejection.
- Communicate effectively and clearly in English.
- Prioritize productivity, ensuring the quality of interactions remains high.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

*Operating Hours
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Compensation Package
- Guaranteed Base Pay: $80 per week.
- Hourly Rate: $4
- Dynamic Pay Structure: A bonus of $5 for each lead beyond the weekly minimum of 15 qualified leads max lead count 23 that qualify for bonus. This incentive aims to motivate and reward exceptional performance.
Required Qualifications
Virtual Assistance
- A stable internet connection, phone, USB headset, and computer are essential.
- Proficiency in CRM data management (e.g., Xencall).
- Experience with cold calling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly personality.
- Effective research skills.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
Marketing & Sales Experience
- A background in lead generation.
- Ability to conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective clients.
Payment and Bonuses
- Weekly payment with a base salary of $80.
- A $5 bonus for each lead generated over the weekly minimum of 15, establishing a dynamic and rewarding pay model.
- The position entails 4 hours of cold calling each day.
- Availability for a 5-day workweek is required.
- Engagement is expected for four weeks per month, with compensation directly linked to your success in generating deals.
