Cold Caller Needed!

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to property management owners and conducting cold calls.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in cold calling throughout the day with a focus on building rapport and generating interest.
- Document all interactions and track progress using Salesforce (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Use your excellent communication skills to present solutions and promote our services effectively. Think creatively and develop new sales strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in cold calling or property management.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
