We are seeking experienced and results-driven Cold Caller Manager to lead, manage, and motivate our team of cold callers. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales, cold calling, and team management, with the ability to train, coach, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales quotas. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the cold calling team, ensuring tea
Set clear performance goals and quotas, track team progress, and analyze key metrics to drive performance.
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to improve cold calling techniques and sales conversions.
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas by implementing effective sales strategies.
Continuously motivate and inspire the cold calling team to reach their full potential, addressing challenges and recognizing successes.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management, showcasing team progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of cold calling experience.
At least 2 years of experience managing a team of cold callers or sales representatives.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong sales background, with hands-on experience in cold calling and driving results.
Ability to analyze data and key metrics to improve team performance and meet goals.
Rate: $5 - $7 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM EST
