Job Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential leads via phone, introducing our website development and digital marketing services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research (via social media, directories, websites, etc.) and initiate outreach via calls and follow-up
Script Adherence: Follow provided scripts and templates to ensure a consistent approach to each call while keeping the conversation natural.
Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team or business development team.
CRM Management: Log all leads, calls, and follow-up activities in the CRM system to track progress and ensure accurate reporting.
Feedback & Reporting: Provide insights and feedback on lead quality, customer pain points, and sales trends.
Strong communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone demeanor.
Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and schedule follow-ups effectively.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, and website development is a plus.
