Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist for Cabin Rental Partnerships (Remote - Project-Based)

Are you a natural conversationalist with a flair for outreach and persuasion? We're AstraLyn Property Solutions, and we’re on the hunt for a rockstar cold caller/lead generator to connect with unique vacation rentals like treehouses, tiny homes, lodges, and cabin-style properties around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Research & List 100 Unique Rentals:
* Focus on frames, treehouses, lodges, and tiny homes worldwide
* Collect key information in a Google Sheet (Name, Cabin Type, Instagram Page, Phone, Email, Country)
2. Cold Call Property Owners:
* Introduce them to Bookinno and highlight the Exchange feature
* Calls should be recorded (with consent) so we can listen to feedback and improve the pitch
3. Get Feedback & Encourage Sign-ups:
* Focus on gathering feedback, especially around the Exchange concept
* Ideally, close the deal by signing them up or getting permission to list their cabin
* Send them login credentials once they’re on board


Requirements:
* Fluent in English (clear speaking voice and friendly tone)
* Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales
* Confident and persuasive, especially with first-time contacts
* Able to record calls and maintain accurate lead tracking
* Reliable internet and phone access
