Cold Caller/ Emails

We are a USA-based Junk Removal company looking for a full-time, cold caller to call on business in the U.S. You will have a sales manager helping you and directing. You are not selling anything, just seeing if there is interest in our service.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
-Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks
-outbound calls and follow ups Email,Texts Etc... Some of the calls will be cold and some will be warm for existing clients.
-Respond to customers questions via phone email live chat, Facebook messenger or SMS
-provide service quotes and make sure to follow up with leads
-Schedule Jobs as you go or hand off to Sales Manager
-Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills. Work hours are 5-7 days a week 7 AM to 8 PM central standard time. We will decide a schedule after your interview.

The starting salary is $4.75 USD however there will be a 30 day review to up your pay. plus a bonus based on performance, with the ability to earn more based on overall performance.If accepted, you will be provided with training to help respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, Facebook, and text.
