We are a growing marketing and outreach organization focused on helping homeowners and businesses save on their utility costs through government-backed programs. We provide the data and leads—you bring your enthusiasm and cold-calling expertise to set high-quality appointments!



Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers who may qualify for government utility savings programs.

Appointment Setting: Secure appointments for our team of program specialists to present savings solutions.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Lead Nurturing: Answer basic questions about the program, overcome objections, and follow up with warm leads.



Requirements

Cold Calling Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or cold calling is a must.

Tools & Equipment: Must have access to a dialer (or Google Voice) and high-speed internet.

Communication Skills: Clear and professional phone manner; ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently, meet daily/weekly call quotas, and strive for excellence.




Commission-Only:

$0 per hour + $8 per Qualified Appointment + $125 per Close
