Cold Caller / Assistant: Real Estate Wholesaling & Acquisitions

ABOUT US:
Misty Buys Houses is a real estate investment company in Pinellas County, Florida focused on buying distressed properties in Florida. We specialize in finding and helping distressed/motivated homeowners and providing win-win solutions. We’re looking for a driven, professional, and reliable cold calling virtual assistant to generate leads and set appointments for our acquisitions team along with some Executive Assistant work mixed in.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to find motivated/distressed home sellers using a dialer (we provide lead lists)
- Follow a proven system to qualify sellers based on motivation, price, condition, and timeline
- Engage sellers in a natural conversation while building rapport
- Collect and accurately input lead details into our CRM system (ReadyMode that is integrated with REsimpli)
- Transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team
- Source niche lists from public records (We will train on this process)
- Follow up with leads as needed (We will create the tasks for you)


REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English with good AMERICAN accent (must sound natural and conversational)
- Previous experience in cold calling / real estate wholesaling / sales preferred
- Basic understanding of real estate wholesaling, motivated sellers, and buyer profiles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable using a CRM, dialer, and Google Sheets
- Organize, filter, and input lead information into our CRM and batch dialer.
- Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and ability to video call for teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings (Zoom or google meets)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, a positive attitude, and the want to grow alongside a growing company
