JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our real estate team. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments to drive growth. If you're motivated, confident on the phone, and have experience in real estate lead generation—we want to hear from you!

This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to move to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound cold calls using tools like Dialpad, KVCore (main tool), and Follow Up Boss.
-Qualify leads based on defined criteria and book appointments for the sales team.
-Maintain a high volume of calls and consistently hit daily/weekly targets.
-Confidently present our real estate services to potential clients.
-Coordinate meeting schedules between leads and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
-Update CRM systems and calendars with accurate appointment details.
-Confirm appointments and send reminders to ensure attendance.
-Research and identify new prospects and decision-makers.

Requirements:
-At least 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling and appointment setting.
Familiar with:
-Dialpad
-KVCore (mainly)
-Follow Up Boss
-Proven success in generating leads and scheduling appointments.
-Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
-Must be available for night shifts (PST hours).
-Immediate availability preferred.
