• Proactively manage the day-to-day needs and requests from PMs you're assigned to.
• Develop a general understanding of the team’s function
• Respond to calendar scheduling requests and internal/external meeting coordination
• Recording information as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
• Aiding with client reception as needed.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
• Warm personality with Great communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
