Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter

We are seeking a part-time Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making a set number of calls every day to prospective customers in the US Real Estate market. This role requires a high level of comfort on the phone, as well as experience in US Real Estate Sales and cold calling. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

Make a set number of calls every day to prospective customers in the US Real Estate market.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client information.
Communicate effectively with clients.
Meet or exceed daily call and conversion goals.

Requirements:

Laptop/PC & Stable Internet Connection.
Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
Must have experience in US Real Estate Sales and cold calling.
Comfortable making a set number of calls every day.
Available to work night shifts.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
