We are a dynamic digital marketing agency based in London, dedicated to driving results for our clients in the B2B sector. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. We are looking for someone with a strong personality who can effectively turn calls into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential B2B clients and generate leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on the leads generated.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using GoHighLevel CRM.
- Follow up with leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Attend weekly operational meetings to discuss strategies and progress.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of converting calls into sales opportunities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
