We are looking for a confident and proactive Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to prospective clients, introducing them to our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
Clearly explain our services, answer initial questions, and gauge interest.
Qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
Accurately document call interactions, client responses, and appointments in our CRM.
Follow up with leads as necessary and maintain a positive attitude toward call targets.
Work toward and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience in a high-volume call environment.
Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
