Make outbound calls to property owners and potential leads

Qualify leads and gather property information

Set appointments and follow up consistently

Maintain accurate records in our CRM

Provide daily reports and updates

? Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Prior experience in cold calling or real estate preferred

Reliable internet connection and noise-canceling headset

Motivated, confident, and consistent

Able to work U.S. business hours (CST or EST)
