We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided contact list or lead database.
- Introduce and promote company products or services.
- Engage potential customers, build rapport, and identify their needs.
- Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
- Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture potential business opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
- Stay up-to-date with company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (preferred).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
