Cold Caller

Full-Time | Long-Term Stability | 40,000 PHP per Month

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Cold Caller to join our team! This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, offering long-term stability for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively. You will be tasked with initiating contact with leads, generating interest in our services, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Your Top Tasks:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list.
- Engage leads, introduce the company, and effectively pitch our services.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target audiences and improve outreach strategies.
- Provide detailed feedback from conversations to help fine-tune our sales approach.
- Assist in follow-up communications with prospects as needed.
Administrative Tasks
- Organize and document client interactions.
- Maintain accurate client information for future follow-ups.
- Support the sales team with any necessary administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
