Cold Caller

Hourly Rate: $1 - $3 per hour, plus bonuses of $100 to $1,000 per successful close
Work Schedule: Flexible hours between 8 am EST to 8 pm PST, 7 days a week

Overview:
We are a real estate investment company buying and holding rental properties across the USA. We're seeking 3 skilled and motivated cold callers to join our team. Ideal candidates are experienced in outbound calling, familiar with tools like Call Tools, and can confidently manage calls to connect with potential sellers, qualify their interest, and set appointments for our closers.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Use Call Tools to make outbound calls to property owners, focusing on confirming selling interest and gathering preliminary information.
Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our closers to finalize deals.
Effective Communication: Engage professionally and confidently with potential sellers to build rapport and gather necessary details.
Stay Productive: During downtime, ask the manager what tasks you can assist with to contribute to the team’s success.
Qualifications:

Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate cold calling or appointment setting is highly preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with dialer software like Call Tools and CRM systems.
Strong Communication Skills: Confident, professional, and persuasive on the phone.
Flexible Schedule: You choose your hours within our legal call window (8 am EST to 8 pm PST), with preference given to candidates available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities:
