We are looking to add a full-time Cold Caller to join our team over at Unitedlandpros.com. It is very important to note that we are looking for someone with a great English accent.

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and personable Cold Caller to join our team. This role involves reaching out to property owners, gauging their interest in selling their land, asking targeted questions, and efficiently moving qualified leads into our CRM system. As the first point of contact, you will set the stage for positive seller relationships and ensure our pipeline stays full of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling:
• Use a dialer system to make high-volume outbound calls to property owners from a provided lead list.
• Engage sellers with a professional yet friendly demeanor to establish rapport.
• Clearly communicate our interest in purchasing their land and explain how the process works.
2. Lead Qualification:
• Ask a structured list of questions to uncover key property details and uncover the sellers motivation.
• Identify and tag qualified leads based on their willingness to sell and property suitability.
3. CRM Data Management:
• Accurately input and categorize leads into the CRM system within 5 minutes of completing each call.
• Record all relevant property details and seller notes to streamline handoff to the Acquisitions Manager.
• Set follow-up tasks for sellers who need additional nurturing or future contact.
4. Process Adherence:
• Follow the provided scripts and guidelines for consistency and quality assurance.
• Meet or exceed KPIs, including daily call volume, connection rates, and qualified leads generated.

Key Qualifications
• Soft Skills:
o Fluent in English (spoken and written). Must have a great English accent.
o Strong communication and active listening skills.
o Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Technical Skills:
o Familiarity with dialer systems and CRM software (training provided).
o Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Mindset:
o Resilient and goal-oriented, comfortable with high call volumes and handling rejection.
o Motivated for personal and professional growth in a sales-driven environment.

Compensation
• Base Salary: $2–$4 per hour (based on experience).
