Role Overview
We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will promote and sell our Virtual Assistant services to trucking and logistics companies, helping them optimize their operations. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of Virtual Assistant services to trucking and logistics businesses.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Conduct needs assessments to offer tailored solutions that address client challenges.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service on-boarding and delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights.
Qualifications
• Proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Familiarity with the trucking and logistics industry and its operational challenges.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Experience using CRM software and sales tools to manage pipelines and monitor performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in virtual assistant services or remote work environments is a plus.
