We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential property sellers, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential property sellers using provided lists or databases.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and interests.
Qualify leads and gather pertinent information, such as property details and motivation to sell.
Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or in-person meetings with the sales team.
Update CRM or lead management software with detailed call notes and lead status.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Provide feedback to management on lead quality and call scripts to improve effectiveness.
